THE UTAC CONGRESS,
…quite a saga !
The UTAC Campus was born on the initiative of Monsieur Olivier Lépine (General Manager of ‘Biarritz Tourisme’). It was founded and, since its beginning in 2010, organised by Infora.
- From 2010 until 2013, the UTAC Congress took place in Biarritz.
- In 2014 and 2015, the UTAC Congress took place in Marseilles (Parc Chanot).
Throughout the years, more than 200 participants took the time to share and reflect on their current issues, initiatives and developments – all in an idyllic setting.
They have made the UTAC Campus the annual highlight the technical actors of event organisation, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for this!
The main stages:
2010 – 2011 : the UTAC Campus was aimed at the technical managers and directors of event sites (exhibition centers, congress centers)
2012 – 2013 : the UTAC Campus opened up to technical and operational managers of event organisers (exhibition and congress organisers)
2014 : opening up to the technical managers of event service providers + other novelty: UTAC changes its location from Biarritz to Marseille – Parc Chanot (for two years)
2015 : opening up to the technical managers of festivals and leisure parcs (amusement parcs) + other novelty : change of dates of the UTAC Campus from Summer to Winter (now taking place during the third week of December before the end of the year holidays)
